SOLSTICE RITUAL & JOURNAL PAGE
Theme: Reclaiming the Light. Remembering the Truth.
Use for: Summer Solstice (Northern Hemisphere) or Winter Solstice (Southern Hemisphere), Reiki circles, personal sovereignty ceremonies, or group healing gatherings.
🌞
Solstice Portal Ritual: Reclaim the Light
Supplies:
Candle (gold, white, or orange)
Bowl of water
Journal + pen
Optional: crystals (sunstone, citrine, moonstone), dried herbs (lavender, rosemary)
🌀 Part 1: Open Sacred Space
Place your hands in Gassho (palms together) and say:
“I honor this sacred turning point. I call in the light of the Sun, the wisdom of the Earth, and the clarity of my Soul. May this solstice awaken the truth within me.”
Take 3 deep breaths. Envision golden light flooding your crown and anchoring into your root.
🔥
Part 2: Fire Release + Light Activation
Light your candle and say aloud:
“On this longest day / longest night, I release what dims my truth.
I honor the light within me.
I reclaim the parts of me that were hidden, silenced, or shamed.”
🌬️ Breathe out old stories. If you’re ready, whisper:
“I release: [insert what you’re letting go—shame, fear, control, survival patterns].”
Hold your bowl of water and say:
“I cleanse and renew. I invite clarity, power, softness, and divine knowing.”
Dip your fingers in the water and anoint your heart, third eye, and feet.
🌕
Part 3: Reiki Solar Charging (Optional)
Place your hands over your solar plexus (or heart) and beam Reiki into this space.
Visualize yourself walking forward in golden light, free, sovereign, radiant.
Affirm:
“I am aligned with Divine Light.
I am safe to be seen.
I am worthy of peace and power.”

Solstice Journal Prompts
What is the truth I’ve been afraid to fully claim until now?
What part of me is ready to be seen, honored, or returned?
What do I want the second half of this year to feel like?
What sacred YES am I ready to declare to myself, my body, or my path?
🧿 Closing Prayer
“May this light stay with me as I move forward.
May I see myself clearly.
May I honor what I know to be true, no matter who doubts it.”
Blow out your candle with reverence.
Happy Solstice!
Stacy
