I just recorded my very first podcast appearance with the amazing Mary Ellen Schwartz, and it was truly a journey.
To be honest, I was nervous. My heart was racing, my palms were sweaty, and that old voice of self-doubt tried to creep in. But I showed up anyway… and I spoke my truth.
We talked about my spiritual path, the gifts I’ve uncovered along the way, and what it means to awaken in a world that often doesn’t understand your light.
It was vulnerable. It was real. And it reminded me that when we stretch beyond fear, something powerful opens up.
Now I’m inspired to take the next leap—I’ll be starting my podcast soon.
This new show will be a sanctuary for empaths, seekers, and soul-led humans navigating spiritual awakening, healing from toxic patterns, and reclaiming their divine sovereignty. I’ll be interviewing fellow lightworkers, sharing tools from my healing work, and offering the kind of support I wish I had when I began this journey.
If you’ve ever felt too sensitive for this world… if you’ve struggled with narcissistic relationships… if you’ve been called to something more but don’t quite know where to begin—this podcast will be for you.
Thank you for holding space as I step into this new role—not just as a healer, but as a voice for transformation.
With love and purpose,
Stacy Imbasciani
