I was just thinking about my well planned vacation coming up with my family. I can't wait to reconnect with family and my QHHT tribe in Spain, Ibiza!!! I am also looking forward to taken a break from everything and the change of pace will be very beneficial.


This brings me to want to share how taken a break is good for us. In today's fast-paced and demanding world, finding the right balance between work and play has become increasingly essential for our well-being and overall quality of life.
